Favorite piece of classical music: Strauss' Oboe Concerto. The beginning starts with just a few cello and bass bow strokes, like rays of light peaking over the horizon. When the Oboe solo emerges, it's like a full on sunrise with warmth, beauty, and luxurious solo lines.

Favorite piece of classical music: Become Ocean, by John Luther Adams. This piece reminds me of my summers as a kid spent on the lake where my Dad grew up. There is something thrilling about the feeling of a massive orchestra barreling towards you like waves. It makes you feel like you are part of the sea or surfing the waves.

Other interests: board games, bowling and watching old TV shows
